Connect Microsoft Teams

Connecting Teams lets you add a Teams video link to any HubSpot meeting and receive HubSpot notifications where your team already talks. Prospects get a professional, familiar meeting experience.

How to do it

  1. 1In HubSpot, open the Marketplace icon in the top navigation and choose App Marketplace.
  2. 2Search for Microsoft Teams and open the listing.
  3. 3Click Install app.
  4. 4Sign in with your Red Door Homes Microsoft account and accept the requested permissions.
  5. 5When asked, enable Use Microsoft Teams as a video conferencing option.
  6. 6Open Settings > General > Calendar and set Microsoft Teams as your default video conferencing tool.
  7. 7Create a test meeting in HubSpot and confirm a Teams join link is included.
